Murray was fantastic. He listened to the issue, and then worked methodically to find the fault and resolve which 2 other heating engineers were unable to. Very impressed with his work, attitude and the price was very reasonable as well. Will call Murray 100% for our next job .

Murray of Vortex fitted our new boiler and removed teh old boiler, he offered us a good quote and did the work himself. He was tidy, efficient and friendly and did all the work in one day. There where a few problems with our old flue as it remained unbracketed, Murray made that safe for us at no extra cost.

We had a gas leak 3 days prior, we had our gas switched off by our energy supplier. We was left 4 days with no heating or hot water and felt as if we was dumped, having no support and lack of communication. Vortex arrived bang on time on the correct day organised , he was very supportive. Brilliant job was done and we’re so great full to be up and running. I would highly recommended Vortex and I would not use anyone else in the future besides them.
