Murray replaced our back boiler with a new combi boiler and shower to match he has a good attitude and he listens to what you want and gives sound advice a very likeable person clean tidy and efficient.

Murray of Vortex fitted our new boiler and removed teh old boiler, he offered us a good quote and did the work himself. He was tidy, efficient and friendly and did all the work in one day. There where a few problems with our old flue as it remained unbracketed, Murray made that safe for us at no extra cost.

We had a gas leak 3 days prior, we had our gas switched off by our energy supplier. We was left 4 days with no heating or hot water and felt as if we was dumped, having no support and lack of communication. Vortex arrived bang on time on the correct day organised , he was very supportive. Brilliant job was done and we’re so great full to be up and running. I would highly recommended Vortex and I would not use anyone else in the future besides them.

I was very pleased with the professional service and quality of the work. I had my shower tray sealed, taps replaced and a leak tracked down. The plumber was punctual, polite and didn't waste time getting through the list of repairs.
