Dan was proactive and made some super suggestions. He was completely committed to do the highest quality job - no shortcuts. He faced a number of unexpected problems- old house - historic issues uncovered- but approached them methodically and with skill. He accommodated my requests and understood the vision for the bathroom. The standard of work is exceptional. Dan went above and beyond every day and has an incredible work ethic. His prices are very competitive and he’s unfailingly fair and transparent about costs. Quotes and invoices were provided promptly and were very professional. I would whole heartedly recommend Dan to anyone looking for high quality work, done to a high professional standard and with remarkable attention to detail. We fully intend to have him do more work for us in the future.

Dan did an amazing job of fitting our Wren kitchen to a high spec. We had angles and features which made it a challenging installation. Dan used plenty of equipment to ensure all works were level and a good fit. He came to price us just for the kitchen installation but we were so impressed by him that he ended up fitting us doors, under floor heating, tiling and electric’s. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Dan transformed my hallway, WC and kitchen/diner by replacing carpet and lino with large polished floor tiles. The tiles flow through each space as if it was one big surface area. The level of planning and attention to detail that went into achieving this was well beyond my appreciation of Dan’s work. It really is fascinating and Dan is super talented. He is a perfectionist and carried out every aspect of the job with as much effort and respect as if he was laying his own flooring. I cannot thank you enough for helping me create my own little palace! <3

Dan was brilliant, he came out at short notice to survey what was left of a bodge job that was half finished from a different company. we discussed what was intended and Dan advised how he could make the finished project even better than was originally planned without exceeding the budget. he arrived on the day planned and worked until very late in the evening to ensure the job was complete as planned. Dan was super friendly, kept me fully informed as to what he was doing and the finished result is fantastic. I would recommend SIA Property Services to anyone, thank you Dan
