We had a problem with our heating pump not switching off. Lee and Jacob did a quick visit en route and were able to identify that the problem was with the timer ( which they had a spare of on board). Job done in less than an hour. Problem solved. can’t recommend this company enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had bathroom taps replaced and a new shower pump installed. Even though they were shorthanded, Lee made sure the work on the shower was completed as it was a bit of an emergency. I have used Shoreline quite a few times and they have always been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Lee and his team. Big shout out to Carl!

What is the best combi boiler?
At Shoreline PHG our best boilers of 2019 have to be the ATAG economiser range and the Ravenheat He98S. With quality components , exceptional build quality and fantastic support these two boilers, in our opinion, are at the top of their classes. Stainless steel heat exchangers, brass, copper and minimal plastic, backed with 10 year warranties, these are both appliances that are worth taking a look at dependant on your budget.

Shoreline plumbing, heating & Gas are one of my favourite customers, 'Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Lee and his team. I have the pleasure of working alongside Lee for six years supplying plumbing products, collaborating on several projects to ensure we meet his high service levels. Lee’s ability to juggle multiple projects was unlike any I’ve seen before and made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of our team. Lee and his team earn my highest recommendation.

Fantastic company to work with! As a decorating company with high standards and attention to detail it’s reassuring to find another trade with the same work ethic. It’s nice to turn up to Shoreline’s job and everything has been done as promised, it’s been completed to an incredible standard and there’s no incidents of “the decorator will sort that”! Shoreline have given brilliant service every time we have used them. We wouldn’t use anyone else and recommended them to all our friends. Have had an en-suite, a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, dog shower and kitchen plumbing and all boiler servicing on our rentals and have never had any problems.
