It was just a small job but with old wiring in the house you can't be too careful when installing something new. They arrived on time with all the tools needed and got on with the job, which only took a few minutes. Will definitely keep their card for next time.

Craig responded promptly and got back to me with a date. Turned up on time. Carried out the work with professionalism and went and got a replacement lantern light and fitted it even though I added that on to my initial ask. So grateful for such a prompt and fantastic service. Thank you both.

I messaged Craig & Dean via WhatsApp after finding there details online. They popped round the same day and quoted me for an outside socket and installed it the next day at 9am ! They even arrived early !! After installing they even checked my other neighbouring sockets free of charge and found a fault that they fixed for me. More than happy and highly recommend! About NDCL Electrical & Property Maintenance

Hello, my name is Craig Allan and I set up my company in June 2016. Due to my background with over 15 years experience as a qualified Electrician and also working in Property Maintenance for many years i decided now was the time to build up my own business. I am up to date with the latest 18th edition wiring regulations and also fully Part P assessed and registered with ELECSA.
With the various work I undertake that includes almost anything from Full/part Re-wires, consumer unit's, inspection & testing, Intruder Alarms, PAT testing, outdoor socket's, fault finding and all other aspects of domestic Part P work, to ground clearance, fencing, flat pack furniture, basic joinery, plumbing etc. I have slowly started to build up a successful client database including Landlords and both Domestic and Commercial customers.

As a contractor and a friend for my family etc I wouldn’t. Use anyone else for my work
