Marcus turned up in the evening with just a few hours notice because we were without heating.He was polite, efficient,knew exactly what he was taking about and didn't try to rip us off.He made sure the job was done properly before he left and I will definitely be calling him again for boiler service.

Our boiler had broken down and we have elderly visitors staying. No heat and no hot water. Marcus responded witching an hour of my call. Stripped down the boiler to get to the fault. Some plumbers would have just said we needed a new part to make more money. Not Marcus! Worked hard to discover what was wrong and fixed it, he wouldn't be beaten by our boiler! Thank you Marcus, we are toasty warm this evening and the water is now hot. Would recommend Marcus without hesitation, superb service!

Marcus responded quickly and we agreed a course of repairs and he completed the work to a high standard and with diligence, rechecking the work to ensure we were left safe and secure. What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?

Unvented cylinders are the best in hot water delivery atm, you will not get any better at this time. The downside is you need good water pressure and flow rate. otherwise they wont work. your mains supply in house should be a minimum of 22mm on most makes of cylinder. The other downside to these types of cylinders is they do require regular maintenance, you cant just shove them in an airing cuboard and leave them for 30 years. They should be serviced every year and air gaps and expansion vessels checked. They are the best you will get at this time.
