What are the disadvantages of installing a combi boiler?
The main disadvantage of a combi boiler is no stored hot water back up in case of when your boiler is faulty. A simple way around this is to have an electric shower installed as this will mean you will always have hot water even when your combi boiler is broken. The other disadvantage is that not many combi boilers can supply 2 showers running at once so for larger households this could be an issue
How often should a boiler be serviced?
The minimum recommend period to have your boiler serviced is every 12 months. Having your boiler serviced will mean that the boiler warranty is honoured by the manufacturer and it will also ensure that your Boiler is working safely and efficiently Always use a gas safe registered engineer to carry out your boiler servjce
What is the best combi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?
This question has a fair few variables before it can be answered accurately but it would depend on how many bathrooms and how many Radiators If it is a standard 1 bath home then a Combi boiler would suit this particular setup However the bigger kw rating the better pressure you’ll have on your shower providing the incoming water main is sufficient A Baxi 600 combi is a perfect combi Boiler for your standard 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house

Lee is a genuine good lad and carries out all his work to an exceptionally high standard and has fun while doing it. A real cheeky chappy with a heart of gold. I wouldnt have any issue recommending him to carry any gas install and leave it in an extremely high standard.
