Robert provided quick responses and a competitive quotation. Followed by great communication up to the day of installation. On the day the team turned up promptly in the morning talked through what the activities would be undertaken. Fantastic Quality and first class workmanship. A real joy to do business with, no issues or problems. When the job was complete Robert even showed us a few tips for lighting the burner. Super polite and a real top job.

Firstly, came around for an initially viewing of the area and was great to chat to, really friendly, really knowledgeable and could tell he loved what he was doing. We kept in contact, exchanged emails and was really approachable. On the day, came on time with team was super polite, and installed with no issues. Walked us through everything, helped understand what is needed and what isn't. Completely happy to have chose them! Hopefully more jobs in the future now I know how great they are!

Robert extended our gas supply to a new cooker in our extension. Absolutely brilliant service - he missed my initial phonecall but promptly called back, and communication was brilliant all the way through which is something many trades fail miserably with, yet makes a massive difference. Robert is clearly knowledgeable and did a really neat and tidy job, leaving absolutely no mess. We won't hesitate to call him back when we next need gas works doing. Many thanks!!

I was not sure how to find a decent gas engineer, but having someone respond within 30 mins of posting a job, and at a competitive price to boot, makes Robert most definitely someone I would recommend. This job was disconnecting two gas fires, which was completed quickly, very neatly and at the time agreed.

How to fix a leaking / dripping tap?
Depending on your tap. You can change the rubber seat washer or if a quarter turn tap a new ceramic insert. These are the two main dripping tap issues. In some instances it may not be viable to repair the tap or if the tap needs removing in order to remove insert then might be as well installing new taps. Thanks Robert
What are the common causes of blocked drains?
Problems I come across are people flushing almost anything down the toilet. With regards to kitchen waste full of grease. Also have come across collapsed drains where old clay pipe has disintegrated. The few drains I have put in have to have the correct fall and not too sharper bends. Thanks Robert
What is the best combi boiler?
The best combi boiler in my opinion is the Worcester CDI Classic, which has now been replaced by the Worcester Lifestyle. The Worcester Lifestyle is the next generation of Worcester's Greenstar boilers, which have smart technologies built in, are energy efficient and reasonable priced.

I have worked with Robert on a number of occasions over the past few years and he has also worked with me on projects, he is professional and courteous towards customers and will offer advice when needed, he will always follow the customers wishes unless he feels it’s not the right way to do it or the best way, he has built up a good reputation and relationship with customers that call him back for other jobs or recommend him.
