Poor experience with the work being rescheduled ( 3 times) until cancelled posted 21/04/2022

We obtained an acceptable quote in Feb 2022 for some interior decoration. Howeve...

We obtained an acceptable quote in Feb 2022 for some interior decoration. However on three occasions the start date was cancelled . The reasons stated were ... mid March - work backlog due to weather , early April - Covid [that is valid] and then Easter , later April - work backlog of two weeks. (Each time we only had a day or two notice about the change of schedule, so finding someone else at short notice was going to be inpossible). This has led to a view that John is unable or unwilling to stick to a schedule and expects customers to replan around his changes . I am unable to comment on the standard of his decorating as at this point I cannot keep waiting for Gemini to decide they will actually turn up to do the work they quoted for (and on the day agreed ) . Gemini have indicated they have withdrawn their quote and want me to find someone else. I would suggest other be aware that this could happen to them.

John, as always has performed perfectly. He cleaned, prepped and painted all the walls, doors and woodwork perfectly. His knowledge base is perfect as he knows the correct paint to use for any given situation. Will be having him back again to carry on repainting the school. Will recommend him to anyone. Prices are very competitive and most times cannot be beaten! 10/10!
