I have used this company before, had a new boiler a couple of years ago. Today I needed to complete some basic maintenance and had completely forgotten what to do. I pinged them on WhatsApp and within a few minutes I was being talked through what I needed to do in the simplest of terms. Everything back to normal and I wasn't made to feel like I was an inconvenience. Thoroughly recommend this company. There when you need them, always a super fast response. I guarantee a big multi national company wouldn't have done what this company does. Thank you

A slight leak, nothing major but as the guys are local they managed to fit a call in-between jobs. Arrived in under 30 mins and fixed in 10 mins. You can't buy peice of mind like that.

Tom was professional and friendly from the time I emailed a request for my boiler to be serviced. He telephoned ahead of arrival to let me know exactly what time he would be here. No fuss no mess. I'm also impressed that he will be contacting me next year to remind me that the boiler needs servicing which obviously is good for his business but more importantly is good for me as I have a tendency to forget dates.

When the boiler stopped working and nothing seemed to be able to reset it Tom managed to quickly and efficiently locate the problem. And it’s a good thing too as it was worse than we thought and if it hadn’t been repaired could have written off the whole boiler. Which is not what you want in the winter. Tom provides friendly service and he knows what he’s doing. Will definitely call again if there was another problem.

How to unblock a clogged drain pipe?
To unblock a drain pipe firstly check if a plunger would shift the blockage, if not then a snake wire may push the blockage along however if care is not taken damage to the waste pipework is possible therefore BoilerOne recommend you consult a verified plumber to advise on your options.
What should I do if there's a blocked drain outside my house?
For a blocked drain outside your house you can simply use drain rods to shift a blockage, care must be taken not to worsen any collapsed drain doing this, if you are unsure if the drain is shared or where the blockage may be then contact your local water authority, if you do not feel confident carrying out these works then BoilerOne recommend you consult a verified plumber to advise on your options.
How to unclog / unblock a shower drain with standing water?
To unblock a shower drain with standing water, firstly and most commonly the shower waste trap will be at fault. The trap can be cleaned by removing the chrome grill cover, and normally lifting the collector trap out for cleaning, then replace in reverse order. BoilerOne recommend you consult the manufacturers instructions or a verified plumber to advise on your options.
