It's not often I've come across a professional with as much enthusiasm, interest and knowledge of his area of expertise as Craig. He was able to visit pretty quickly despite it being peak season and sorted out an issue with my combi boiler quickly and efficiently. At the same time he offered loads of really helpful advice and insight into my current heating system and potential future upgrades. I have no hesitation at all to call upon him to install my next heating system, and can thoroughly recommend his services.

From the beginning, we were very impressed with Craig and his team. We went through the options for an ASHP but unfortunately that wasn’t possible for us. The alternative for a new, efficient boiler was mentioned and a highly detailed quote provided. We were again impressed by the attention to detail in this. The work itself was completed as scheduled and very efficiently and tidily.

Craig Brookes Heating installed a complete Gas System into the property we were refurbishing from the ground up , excellent wok throughout with sound advice given on the installation. Small leak developed on ground floor radiator caused by crack in manufacture and was replaced under Warranty , Nathan one of Craigs team did a first class job sorting it out.

Craig has serviced our boiler for the last couple of years and we knew we probably needed a new one however when the old one developed a leak he was able to save us the cost of fixing it by supplying and fitting a new one - within the space of a week! His work men were polite, tidy, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, were respectful of our family situation, and did a great job in exactly the time they said. We would not use anyone else.
