Rang Adrian first thing in the morning after a cold night with no heating, after a quick phone call and Adrian telling what could be wrong with it as he had a couple of jobs on first thing and could not get round straight away, ten minutes later it was fixed with his help. Adrian you have a new customer, thanks again. It makes a change to find a decent knowledgeable guy who is not trying to rip you off at every turn, know wonder this guy is so busy.

Booked a boiler service but due to necessary repair made the decision to replace with new boiler. Adrian explained all issues as he assessed boiler for service and then went above and beyond to acquire a new lpg boiler for installing next day - early saturday. Efficient installation carried out and Everything left spotless on completion. Can't recommend highly enough if you need a plumber in thurrock area
