Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Darren & Jordan managed to turn our most hated pokey, unfunctional, tiny downstairs toilet into a practical, light, and modern WC. Came over quickly to give us an initial quote and were able to start the job surprisingly quickly. Adapted well to all our added requests and even managed to sort a problem with our central heating system at the same time. They carried out the entire room refurbishment from strip out to installation, including decorative features and flooring. The guys worked hard every day and were very polite and tidy. We would not hesitate to use Sunrise Plumbing & Heating again.

A bad leak in the shower needed immediate attention so I feel fortunate in selecting Darren to fix it. Within 48 hours Darren had called at my flat, assessed the damage and put it right straight away. Just what you need in an emergency.

Wow!! I couldn’t recommend sunrise enough. My boiler started leaking and I had no hot water on the Thursday evening. I phoned them up and they got me booked in for the following morning which I couldn’t believe was so quick. The service was definitely 5 star. Darren proved very efficient and helpful, and swiftly resolved the problem we had and provided a modified part to prevent the same issue from happening in the future. He was also very helpful in resolving another issue we had with a radiator and offered good advice. I would certainly recommend his services and would use this company again.

Darren and Jordan were very responsive to initial request with a plumbing problem experienced. Particularly welcome due to having been let down by others in the trade. Replaced an old shower unit for a new Mira Sport Shower, and also a new mixer tap in the kitchen. My satisfaction of their work, led on to one of Darren's network of fellow quality tradesmen, who undertook a sterling refit of my bathroom. Darren is very affable, professional and has very good business practice. With further renovations to my home planned, Darren will be my first contact, such is the confidence I have. When they serviced my boiler, they took great pains to explain exactly what they were doing - no mess, no fuss. Incidentally they located two small leaks within the boiler itself. Immediately they contacted the company on my behalf, all I had to do was give a couple of details and the repair was booked in under guarantee. They are born problem solvers, and nothing is too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Sunrise plumbing and heating were recommended to me by a friend. My boiler needed it’s annual service, so I gave them a call. Darren was very polite and the guys turned up as arranged. The service seemed thorough and I did enquire if the boiler required changing as it is over 20 yrs old. The guys assured me that the condition of the boiler was excellent considering it’s age, and that spares were easily sourced should I need anything. I felt It was refreshing to have an honest assessment, and felt confident that the boiler will serve me well for many more years to come. All mess was cleared away. A good job carried out for a very reasonable price.

Darren and his son arrived on time, had the tools and parts to do the jobs there and then, were efficient and friendly. We will definitely be using Sunrise in the future for any plumbing needs and also recommending them without reservation to others. Because there were several jobs I did not get a quote beforehand, but I could not have been more pleased when presented with a clearly laid out and very reasonable invoice. First class people, professionalism and value. What's not to like?

A mini crisis just before Christmas with an unfathomable cistern leak. Sunrise Plumbing to the rescue. He said he would be with me in 10 minutes. He made it in 7 and resolved the issue with replacement parts soon after. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, especially at such a difficult time. Highly recommend.

Boiler broke down on Sunday. Sent an email and got a response within a few hours even though on holiday. Promised to attend on the Tuesday, hours after arriving back in the UK and promptly did. Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and carried out the repair the next day as soon as the part had arrived. A very professional team at all times.

The guys were on time and very friendly. Service was carried out with minimal mess and all safety checks made. I did enquire as to whether I would gain anything by replacing the boiler as it's over 15 yrs old, but was advised against it as my boiler was in such good shape.

Even though we live some miles away from Sunrise's usual area, we got their number from a friend after struggling to find an installer close to me in the time we needed the work done. From start to finish we got a first class service from Darren who was happy to travel up to do the work. We had been let down by a plumber and needed help ASAP. We phoned Sunrise Plumbing & Heating based on their reviews and were so glad we did!
