A boiler breaking down on the run up to Christmas is the last thing you need. Decided to get a new boiler fitted to replace an ageing system. Steven Davies plumbing promptly set about installing a new system for us. They made the whole experience go smoothly. They work cleanly and efficiently and we're very knowledgeable. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

From start to finish we had a fantastic service from Steven and Mandy. We had to have a new boiler installed as our had failed after 14 years. Steve visited us to see what had to be done took the time explain our options and what had to be done. He sorted everything from ordering the new boiler and parts to picking them up and fitting it all. Steven turned up on time kept us informed on everything and worked non stop until everything was done. Steven and Mandy kept everything clean and tidy and are very thorough in their work. We can’t thank them both enough for their hard work and would without a doubt recommend them. We would definitely use them again.

Everything was explained and agreed before the job. Steve was very professional throughout contacting me to make sure things were all set. Install went brilliantly and everything was cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended.

I found Steve's number on the Ideal website. After speaking with him we agreed a convenient day for him to visit. He gave me a reasonable quote and fitted the new thermostat 2 days later. Steve was very polite and professional and ensured that I new how to operate the new thermostat before he left. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Steve arrived bang on time with mandy, before he commenced work he explained meticulously every aspect of the work he was a about to complete, the work was carried out with minimal fuss even though we had made it difficult for them by having painting over all the radiator vents causing Steve to have the arduous task of scraping every vent clear of paint before venting, he wasn't even bothered, nothing was too much trouble. They are a lovely friendly couple and clearly excellent at what they do, after completion he read the printout of the new boiler which showed that it was working perfectly, I would highly recommend anyone considering having a new boiler or repair or service to go straight to Steve and mandy, you will not be disappointed, Gerald Keenan

Superb boiler installation from Steven and Mandy! Explained the process fully and offered recommendations on the different boilers available. They were also very accommodating, we had issues turning the stop tap off and had to rebook the installation. I would 100% recommend Steven Davies Pluming!

Called Steven from a long previous job he did for me. Was busy when I called, but DID call back promptly as promised. Attended Job at agreed time, and on agreed date, and then completed request as promised. Seems simple this….. but it’s genuinely hard to find honest tradesmen that do what they say they will, and when they say they can do it.
