We’ve used Stuart several times. To fit a rainfall shower and replace kitchen taps. He fitted replacement WC taps and bath and basin drains in the bathroom and en-suite. Stuart is reliable and tidy. The quality of his is brilliant. We’ve never had issues with anything he’s done for us.

Identified an issue and contacted thr manufacturer to arrange an engineer visit to repair and was able to confirm the boiler was within its warranty period. This is the second time we have used Stuart for our plumbing problems and once again he has provided us with a fantastic service. He was quick in responding to our call, kept in contact so we knew when he was on his way, explained clearly what the problem was and was helpful and friendly whilst doing the job. We’ve had an annoying leak hidden for some time, meaning our water bill has been higher than it should be. The leak was located and Stuart thought on his feet about how to fix the issue without taking the kitchen out and lifting the whole new flooring. He got to the leak, replaced the pipe, tested it was working and problem solved in a matter of hours. You’d never know Stuart had even been it was that tidy. Hot water working fine without the hidden leak, panic over. Thanks Stuart. Awesome job as per normal!

Stuart called to change the bathroom sink taps and to get some radiators working again that were not heating up. Turned up when he said he would and even though the job turned out to be more complicated than first thought he just worked through to get it done. Full of knowledge and knows what he's doing. Stuart came on a recommendation and he didn’t disappoint, he even helped on the first call before making an in person visit. Extremely knowledgeable, knew what the faults were and began working away. He was always happy to answer questions to help as much as possible from an educational point of view, so you could try and understand the problem, the impact and resolution. Recently had renovated house and it needed a new boiler. Someone passed me his details and was highly recommended (which didn’t disappoint). Stu came when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Very tidy! And a 10/10 finish (so good I passed his details to my grandad as he also needed a new boiler) which was completed to a very high standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else. TOP JOB!!!!!

Stuart was friendly and approachable from the start, making me feel at ease that I was able to show him what I needed and leave him to it so I could look after my daughter. The work was harder than anticipated but Stuart completed everything to a high standard and charged the pre agreed price despite all the extra labour. Stuart supplied and excellently fitted a thermostatic mixing valve under the sink supplying an outdoor tap so that we could wash the stupid dog with warm water. Stuart 's work was great and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Stuart to anyone.

I emailed to request a quote initially. Stuart was very prompt in replying (often within hours) and within a week he was here doing the job. He did a quality job, and was friendly with it too. When he had completed the job, he showed me the work which I was very pleased with. He highlighted something I had not noticed - a little bit of cement had come out of the brickwork when he was installing the tap. But it was no problem and he was back to fill it in within the week. He does a professional and thorough job and I will definitely use him again, and recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.
