Scott was thoroughly professional and efficient when we met him, and we were impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was friendly and helpful as we weren't too focused on what we wanted done. His work is done to an excellent standard and we are extremely pleased with the result. Our heating system is very efficient, and our new cloakroom is very tidy and just what we needed. He took time to keep us informed about the progress of the work, as he was working in conjunction with a builder and an electrician. He completed the work properly and removed any rubbish. We would certainly use Scott again and can thoroughly recommend him to anyone who wants a high quality service.

Scott came out to us on New Years night, around 8.30pm. We had a 5 day old baby, a toddler and no heating or hot water! It was absolutely no trouble to him, he looked at the boiler, fixed it and got it going again so we could get heat and water. He was friendly, kind, professional and explained everything. So grateful to him, especially coming on New Years night.

I called Scott about the faulty boiler and he arrived 90mins later . Had the fault diagnosed in minutes the new part ordered and had it fitted the next morning . I will highly recommend this tradesmen they are few and far between

Fast response to my call . Boiler had stopped working he had found the fault in minutes and had old part out and new part fitted within the hour . Very reasonable price and very clean and tidy for a tradesman .

Was recommended Scott from close friends. Very nice guy and tells you exactly whats to be done and what's needed . Only uses quality products his recommendation of a baxi combi boiler with 10 year warranty sold it to us . Very clean and tidy work will highly recommend to anyone .
