I was given Ricky’s name by a plumber who did not feel able to undertake the work. I rang Ricky and made an appointment. He turned when he said he would and checked the job out. He quoted his costs and gave me an estimate. We made an appointment to do the work and again he turned up when he said he would. The job was to strip and repair a vented tap on my kitchen hot water exchange unit. Access was very restricted and I still don’t know how he did it, but he did. I am very pleased with the work and I can recommend the man and his work.

As above, Rick is highly recommended. wish we had found him years ago. He puts the customer first and makes sure that you are totally happy with things. We are already asking him to help with our other plumbing work now.

Rick came out to us through our homecare package on Sunday evening when we had a leak which was threatening to come through into the garage below. He was quick to arrive, diagnosed the problem swiftly and fixed it, very professional and pleasant throughout. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely use him again!

No job is too big or small. This is my second time in having Rick come to the rescue. We had a broken shower, so he came round and had a look, he fitted a new shower the next day and came at a time that was most convenient for us. He is friendly, reliable and such a tidy workman, you wouldn't know he had been! I would 100% recommend Rick and will definitely be using him again.
