Dave responded to my request for help by coming to my house within half an hour of discussing my malfunctioning central heating over the telephone. He quickly analysed the problem and went off to order some parts. He returned later in the day and resolved the problem. He is pleasant, patient and makes a great effort to explain the problem in layman's terms. His prices are extremely reasonable, but what impresses me most of all is the way he is able to quickly analyse the problem and then fix it. I thoroughly recommend his work.

Routine boiler service and improvements to central heating system posted 06/02/2022

Having been pleased with previous work from Dave, I booked him to carry out a routine boiler service and to carry out some adaptions to my existing central heating system. He carried out the first task quickly but it soon became apparent that the second task was going to involve extensive adaptions and replacement of some parts. Dave ensured that I understood what he proposed to do and also the implications of the extra work. He sent me another quotation and returned a couple of days later to complete the job. I found Dave very pleasant and polite, as well as patient with his explanations. His work appears to be of the highest standard and his prices very reasonable. In conclusion, I have been very pleased with the work Dave carried and have no reservations in recommending him.
