Professional and Polite posted 16/12/2021

The lock failed on my UPVC front door, resulting in me snapping the handle trying to lock the door.Roy and his assistant (both lovely and polite) came out and talked me through what had gone wrong with the mechanism showing me the faults. He went and got a new part for the mechanism along with a new set of handles. All fitted and working better than i have known. I have since used Roy again to upgrade all the euro cylinders to anti snap cylinders at my parents house as service if 1st class and prices reasonable.
