A lot depends upon its age and what moving parts are found within. A vibration is commonly down to a rotating or moving part such as a fan or pump. It may seem a small problem to have but this shows a sign of the part in question failing so should be addressed sooner rather than later, these things always fail at the wrong time.

There could be any number of reasons why your Baxi boiler is making loud vibrating noises. Likely causes could be faulty pump, faulty fan, incorrect gas pressure, poor combustion, dirty system water. Our advice would be to switch off the boiler and get it checked by a gas safe registered engineer.

This is a hard one to give a correct answer to as it could be a pump issue inside the boiler if it is a combi/system boiler or be due to age and the cleanliness of the system causing the boiler to kettle. Could also be a fan issue or ignition There for I would strongly recommend that the boiler/ heating system is looked at by a Gas Safe registered engineer/company.

Depending on the model, the Baxi duotec and baxi platinum are a bit noisy, as they are not very well insulated. Saying that they are some of the best boilers Baxi manufactured in the last 10 years or so. If you are concerned about your boiler try to book a Gas Safe registered engineer to carry out a safety check. Regular seevicing on gas appliances is recommended.
