Excellent service posted 16/11/2021

After gas check where 3rd party found two faults and had to stop gas supply to my flat a local letting agent recommended Protec. Took my call worked some time into his day to visit and scope works and got our heating back on while keeping gas hob capped off. was really helpful in sending me links to parts required for me to order for next day. Once arrived came back and fitted with new gas safe cert. Saving number and will be using again in when needed.

I cannot thank Vince enough for always going the extra mile for me. As a landlord I need regular annual inspections for my boilers and Vince has always done this promptly, efficiently and on time.
