We had recently moved to this property and we had not used a Valliant boiler before. Ted Keeble was prompt and arrived before the appointed time . He was friendly and professional and carried out the service efficiently . He advised us about the key points in operating the boiler including using the Hive thermostat. He also examined the condenser pipe that was leaking and appiled a sealant and advised us to monitor it to see if the leak reappeared. He also told us that if we had any problems with the boiler to phone him at any time so that he could schedule a visit asap. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and certainly will be asking him to undertake the next service and contact him again if we do have any problems.
