We have used Mel for a number years and not only does he respond promptly, but he is always reliable. We are so confident that he will not only get the best price for equipment, but that he ensure we get best value for money. For example, we needed to replace a bathroom shower. Mel sourced a top of the range Aguila system that was on special offer and passed all the saving on to us. So when we asked him to replace a heated towel rail last week, I didn't even bother to ask for a quote.

Melvyn has been my plumbing expert for about 5 years now and as always he is professional, efficient and does a fantastic job. He had good Covid practises, always wore a mask and came in with mud guard on his shoes. This time he fitted my shower and tidied up. Like always a complete job at a competitive rate!

Mel replaced an old water heater and toilet cistern. He offered various options and gave advice on what was The most appropriate. Well, Melvyn is my first point of contact for any job around the house. He is dot on time for every appointment (Have met him about 6 times for quotes and actual work). He checks the job gives a very professional quote and agrees a time to carry out the work. Sends reminders before every visit. Comes in for the job and completes it and clears up after. If something couldn't complete on the same day he explains it very well and ensures that he makes up for it and completes it on priority. Quote to invoicing is very professional and his rates are reasonable. He will be hearing from me soon for his next assignment.

Initial visit to view the work required took place soon after email contact with a quote following within a day. Mel started work on the date promised and despite having to order additional supplies completed the job with minimal delay on the days promised. Later requests for additional information were answered quickly and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Mel's services in the future having been let down by two previous plumbers who failed to turn up.

Mel was very efficient, knowledgeable and proffesional right from quoting the job to finishing it. The EVO home is excellent and lets us manage the heating in every room of the house individually, great for energy saving. Mels knowledge and advice about the system was brilliant. Mels work is very precise and acurate. He's very aimiable and clean and tidy when working. Didn't leave a mess at all, couldn't fault his work. I had been told about MJS Plumbing by a friend. Mr Smith came when he said he would. purchased a very nice chrome tap which he fitted, and spotted another small job which he did as well. Very reasonable price.
