Boiler and radiators fitted Very efficient . Arrived on time . Did what they said they where going to do . Explained what they have done and went through it all so I understood how the system worked. So far the system is working very well and we are pleased with it . The big test will come in winter when the system will be put under a bit more stress. Hopefully the system will cope and the trouble and strife will keep warm and not moan that she is cold

Emailed for quote, received a reply in 10 minutes. Boiler was fitted 5 days (incl a weekend) afterwards. Very efficient, disruption and mess was kept to a minimum. Would recommend.

We had a issue with the boiler banging loudly, thought it was going to blow up, rang lots of companies some 24hrs none answered or bothered to ring back. Kingston Gas answered gave instructions what to do and gave a time when they could arrive. Ian called and fixed the problem quickly, we have arranged for him to return and service the boiler. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would give more stars if I could.

Called Kingston Gas to a faulty boiler, the guy was very helpful on the phone arranged to call same day. Ian came and soon had the boiler cover off and tested it, he found the problem quickly, (some sort of ignition part) he had the part in his van and I soon had hot water again, 1st class service, highly recommend this company.

He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and also showed me exactly what to do if the pressure dropped again (not a lot of people do that). He is very tidy, polite, courteous and honest. Great price for a boiler and water tank service, I previously had problems with leaking pipes to my hot water tank, issues quickly found and explained and rectified. After being let down by another plumber, I emailed Ian to get a price to install a new expansion vessel. He replied in a timely manner with an estimate and we agreed on a date and time. Ian arrived on time, and carried out the work to a very high standard, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. He also kept the price he had estimated and also added some inhibitor into my system which I requested upon his arrival, and he was happy to assist. I have had problems for years with my central heating, spending hundreds of pounds on plumbers. I had 3 radiators downstairs and 2 upstairs not working. Ian's methodical work was amazing and his work rate was the best I have seen from a trades person. He started by disabling all but 1 radiator and cleaned every radiator individually. The power flush equipment was plugged in where the pump feeds, so all pipe feeds are covered. Ian tested the temperatures of radiators with a thermal imaging camera, I could see what he had done was working. A truly professional job, and the effect is amazing, with all radiators fully working, highly recommended

Ian was very polite. When he first came to assess the problem with the boiler he explained the problem in a way us 'normal folk' who don't work in the trade could understand. He didn't push for the work but gave a reasonable quote and advised how long it would take to get the necessary parts and the cost involved. He charged a bit less than his original quote and still did the same job. Would recommend him definitely.”

He said he would call on his way home Identified the problem, got the boiler going to get us warm, then called the next morning to fit a new part. Ian saved us from another cold night, a real gent. Rang Ian New Years Eve, we smelt gas from our Logic boiler, Ian arrived very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fitted a new gas valve which he had in his van. We where expecting the worse and thought we would have no heating for a few days, it was a nice surprise to find a guy with parts in his van. Ian did an excellent job of renewing and updating of our heating system, which was not fully functional. Ian put covers on our carpets to protect them and vacuumed every evening before he left, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Kingston Gas quickly replaced my old Worcester boiler with a Gloworm combi boiler, the work carried out was excellent, Ian recommended the new boiler which is great. The new Gloworm Boiler has 10 yrs warranty and the new thermostat and clock is easy to use and will save us energy. Would highly recommend.
