Got in touch through a colleague, who recommended the installers - they were very helpful and engaging when it came to considering different door options and designs with timely communication and up-front pricing throughout. Both Desi and Callum were friendly throughout, and really helpfully noted when first measuring the absence of a lintel over my front door, which I needed to correct before the new door could be installed. Though it took some time to make the alteration, my initial quote was still honoured and I was able to get the new door in within a couple of weeks of the lintel installation. Door was expensive but is of very high quality from the glass to the locks/keys - the look of it is fantastic and a massive improvement.

The Honest Windows team are all fantastic. Desi and Andy are friendly and helpful and communicated throughout the process keeping me informed and answering all my concerns. I am very pleased with my new back door as it looks and feels of high quality and the Chantilly glass is a beautifully delicate floral pattern that lets in lots of light. Although it was tricky to fit due to a leaning wall Callum discussed the issues with me and did a great job to make sure it was fitted with precision. Would definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them in the future.

We had our new solid core composite door and side panel fitted a few months ago to replace the 30-year-old uPVC door. Desi (owner) was brill from the start, coming around to discuss all of our needs, taking us through everything nice and simply. No fancy sales pitch - she just gave us the quote and let us decide if we wanted to go ahead. Desi even managed to rush our delivery through as we were going abroad for a while and wanted the work done asap. Would definitely recommend this company - in fact, we are waiting on some new building work and once complete we'll be asking Honest Windows to come and fit our new double glazing in that room.

I hired Honest windows and doors after seeing 4 companies. The difference was that Andy is a massive windows geek and took the time to explain so much about the quality of the window frames, glass, extra security, handles etc. I was so impressed with his knowledge and patience I was always going to hire them. Desi was also amazing, always answering the phone or getting back to me. They were definitely the best value for everything. Quality aside, you cant put a price on peace of mind!! The care and attention they took in all areas of the process was amazing. The fitters are first class and friendly. The quality of their work and the product is high quality & perfect. Everything was as described! (I compared mine to my friends job and they have had nothing but trouble with different company) I had a few little issues when the guys finished the job. I called Desi and they both came over within days to put my mind at rest and arranged the fitters to rectify the small things I was not entirely happy with. I could not imagine anyone else doing my windows and I definitely made the BEST decision when I chose Honest Windows and Doors! They actually care about their customers and that was evident from the moment i spoke with Desi all the way to after they completed the job. They really do what they say and I believe everyone who wants an amazing product, great fitters and the BEST customer service should use them. They really are the best.

As first time buyers, finding tradespeople to complete jobs for us can be daunting. You hear so many stories of cowboys ripping people off but with Honest Doors, this couldn’t be further from the truth! Right from the word go, Desi was amazing. She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn’t be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn’t have even known that they’d been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.
