Our heating and hot water was not working so I contacted Hanbury Plumbing and Heating . Mark carried out a diagnosis on the boiler and let me know it needed a new fan. He ordered one that day and carried out the work the next day! We are extremely happy with the quick service we received.

Came with the right part to do the full service of a boiler which a number of heating engineers are unfamiliar with or steer clear of. Arrived when he said, and carried out the work efficiently and in a friendly manner, tidying up afterwards, also ensuring one of the radiators which has been faulty was working. Left the workplace tidy and charged as quoted. Would highly recommend.

Mark moved his appointments around for us as we had been a week with no hot water or heating for a week. He covered our carpets with plastic and the bathroom was left immaculate. I purchased a house that was left with a heating system that could only be considered pre historic. I contacted Mark through expert trades and promptly received a call to discuss the work the same day. Mark then came around to inspect the system and made recommendations and provided a number of options at competitive prices. Mark arrived promptly on started work immediately, the work was completed to an a high standard with all mess cleared up each day before leaving. I couldn't be happier with the new system and can't recommend Marks work highly enough.

Having a new boiler fitted could be very disruptive, but I sensibly went out during the main work and when I got back it was all nearly done and everything clean& tidy . Excellent experience. Mark was very friendly and helpful right the way from our first meeting. He explained things in sufficient detail for us to understand exactly what would be done. He kept in touch regarding start date etc and turned up on time both days. When he had finished the job, the kitchen was clean and tidy - as though he had never been ... except for the shiny new boiler on the wall. When I initially called Mark I was told calmly over the phone how to fix the problem in the short term until he could get to me to fix it, we then arranged a time that suited me for him to come round. On the day he arrived at the time agreed, got to the root of the problem with no fuss and fixed it after 5mins of discussing anything further that he should know since the initial call. He then tidied up after himself, assured me the problem would be solved but with the added insurance to call him without hesitation if there was a problem.

We are very happy with the service, price and Mark's methodical approach. He pointed out, in very professional manner, many important things to us that other gas fitters overlooked before. Mark's work ethics are spot on, far away from the usual trade "showmen - know-it-all better than anyone on the planet, but still do your job half as good as promised".
