They turned up when they said, did the jobs we asked them for (even the additional work we had not discussed in detail) in a professional manner and at a price that I saw as reasonable. Took a little longer than we thought, but having to redo badly done previous work slowed them down.

Simon overcame a number challenging problems during the installation and commissioning of the Mixergy cylinder. His knowledge of this new technology and ability as an electrician were a big factor in achieving a successful completion to the job.

This is the second time Simon has serviced our boiler. We find him flexible in arranging the appointment and reliable, turning up when agreed. Contact with him also greT, he responds in a good time frame. On site, he is professional. Talks us through in layman's terms. He is efficient and friendly. We will certainly use again.

Simon arrived as promised and kept us informed when he had to delay due an accident in town which held him up for a while but still arrived at the stated time. The work was carried out expertly and without fuss with a very friendly manner. He even got on well with our two dogs!!

After being let down at the last minute by a tradesperson, the Cozy Life Heating Engineer was fantastic, from quote to completing the job took just a few days and our kitchen installation could continue. The job was done very professionally and we are pleased with the outcome. Excellent service during a time when its exceptionally difficult to get fully trained trade personnel
