I had 9 radiators replaced. Matthew was punctual, friendly and very professional. Very pleased overall and would definitely recommend him. Already passed on contact details to potential customer. He also was extremely helpful, after finding a leak on the boiler, he contacted baxi for me. Thank you

Communication very good. Arranged a site visit. Asked a lot of questions about our requirements. Took copious notes. Quotation followed very quickly. Be aware that he does request a deposit, which is quite understandable. One statement he does make:- his aim is to have the replacement unit 'up-and-running' on the first day. Being 200 years old parts of our house make some jobs arduous, So running by 1.00 a.m. the second day. Two happy and warm O.A.P.
