After a week with no heating and hot water, Alpha quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. A full power flush and closing of my heating system solved the problem. Very professional and courteous service.

What a fabulous experience. To say that every room had to be involved Mark and Ben made it easy. The attention to detail was excellent and I was told about everything from start to finish. I now have a state of the art heating and hot water system.

Mark couldn't have been better. He came at short notice to fix my boiler after having no heating or hot water for 5 days which was a problem because my husband is undergoing hospital treatment at the moment and a cold house is the last thing he needs. Another plumber had been before and left it in a worse state than it was to start with. The job was done in a very professional manner and was more time consuming than first thought. This didn't phase Mark at all he just worked through it methodically until the job was completed. I can't recommend him enough.

what can I say that has not been said before about mark & ben from castleford.There good at what they do ,clean,very tidy, fieindly, professional .They sorted a banging pipe out as well,just as quiet as the ATAG boiler they fitted very happy now with everything .Would recomend this team to anyone, they deserve a 10/10
